PLUS: 2 Club Days at the track
Join the Club for $80, as a TrailRider. This is a one-off annual membership fee. This pays the Counties Manukau Liability Insurance for you, for the year. Enter 8 events and the insurance has an effective cost of only $10 per event.
Enter the Counties Classic as a TrailRider. 3 events @ $120 each to enter – PLUS a Special Offer! Enter the 30/9/23 Counties Classic Final as a TrailRider for $100 on a day license without joining a club (You’ll still be covered by the Counties Manukau Offroad Racing Club’s Liability Insurance).
Enter the Mickey Thompson New Zealand Stadium Offroad Championship Series as a TrailRider. 3 x Televisied events @ $200 each to enter.
Enter 2 x Club Days as a TrailRider. @ $50 each to enter. Partner or mechanic can drive if you like at the Club days.
At the first meeting on 30 September – The Counties Classic Series Final – get to know the track.
At the second Meeting – NZ Offroad Grand Prix – you will have 4 rides as Trailriders. If you choose to be lapscored at this event we will award NZORGP 1st, 2nd & 3rd for TrailRiders, and you’ll receive Gold Cups. Enjoy the track and the day.
At NZ Offroad Racing Championship you will have 4 rides as Trailriders. If you choose to be lapscored at this event we will award NZ1, NZ2, and NZ3 as TrailRiders, and you’ll receive Gold Cups. Enjoy the track and the day.
NZ Stadium Championship you will have 4 rides as Trailriders. If you choose to be lapscored at this event we will award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and you’ll receive Gold Cups. Enjoy the track and the day.
Your Side By Side Trailrider rep will give you a scrutineering form that you will fill in and hand in to registration.
The minimum safety requirements for Trailriders:
Minimum of 1 layer fireproof race suit
Helmet
Goggles
Gloves
Race Boots or Leather Safety Boots (not trainers).
Run without numbers, if you want to. However, we suggest you pick a number from 4 to 100, and put it on your vehicle, as this will help the track announcer and officials identify individuals, should the need arise.
This track uses Flags to communicate with the drivers:
Green Flag means go.
Red Flag means stop.
Black Flag means pull over and stop, off the racing line.
Yellow Flag means slow down/caution.
White Flag means 1 lap to go.
Chequered Flag means your time on the track has finished.
